Glad that I never use my SBI CB card directly on Amazon/FK. I always buy gift cards and pay using them. This way I dont have to worry about the mcc. ( for large value purchases alone it can be an issue)

Merchant name is: FLIPKART PAYMENTSBANGALORE
Bought Vivo T4 Mobile Phone during BBD days.
It's so frustrating. Should I contact HDFC with my invoice?
Is there any chance, they credit those missing cashbacks manually?

Please clarify which card are you talking about? SBI CB CC or PhonePe SBI CC or SBI FK CC

I was talking about SBI Cashback Card, which ideally should give 5% cashback on all online spend and it seems now cashback is not given for flipkart transactions.

I did multiple trasactions on Flipkart using SBI Cashback Card during BBD. One of the orders of 18K did not get cashback so I raised it with SBI, they are saying the MCC used is 5942 which is of School & Educational Services which is not eligible. The merchant name in statement is "Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (IN)". I then raised it to pno and provided the invoices for the order, they are investingating it now & will update by 11 Nov. Flipkart is scamming customers & banks by using MCC which has lower MDR and applying random charges on all payments. They have also started to apply payment processing fee now.
