I don't think the extra amount would be included in that receipt. Even if it is, they can later say that it's inclusive of the product's price. 🤔Even if we pay extra we get the receipt right, why can we use it as a proof to raise a complaint.
Yes.I don't think the extra amount would be included in that receipt. Even if it is, they can later say that it's inclusive of the product's price. 🤔
I have only seen the extra charges are asked when purchasing a electronic item from a shop.Yes.
This is why I make sure where I go to purchase I first see if they have swipe machine or not, I'm lucky that at least 80% accept CC with no extra charges.
It depends on seller and shop.I have only seen the extra charges are asked when purchasing a electronic item from a shop.
No experience for any other stuff.
Answer to Why do shopkeepers charge extra for debit and credit card payments? by Govind Khandare https://www.quora.com/Why-do-shopke...&share=54ef013d&srid=3akkU&target_type=answerIt depends on seller and shop.
I've seen a punny furniture store asking for extra 3%, have also seen a scooty showroom (private) asking for extra 2% etc.
I'm making distinction here between privately owned and company owned showrooms. Are there public scooty showrooms? 🤣
You have successfully wasted Rs. 100.Yes, in last month alone I have spent 100 rs approx in just calls with axis ppl. 🤣
I've used that, but that's why I'm saying this, with paid lines you get to executive who is generally more knowledgeable and is capable of handling your issue in your favor rather than the free ones. I've had relatively bad experience with free lines, that's why I'm saying this. You have successfully wasted Rs. 100.
Dial 91 22 6798 7700 and choose option 2, it will take you to the actual Axis Phone Banking menu and you can speak to a customer executive at free of cost by following the appropriate options from here 🙂.
That is a pure coincidence. What it matters is the person you are speaking to and knowledge varies from one person to another.I've used that, but that's why I'm saying this, with paid lines you get to executive who is generally more knowledgeable and is capable of handling your issue in your favor rather than the free ones. Now, this is just my experience, ppl may agree or not, up to them.
Possible, but then it's also possible that company may put more experienced and knowledgeable people to handle issues over a paid line than toll free where everyone can call when they are bored, and waste company resources. Afterall, company can't just say no and has to respond, but while doing so keep a certain filter in place to make sure what they are investing their time and resources in what is also genuine and worth it.That is a pure coincidence. What it matters is the person you are speaking to and knowledge varies from one person to another.
Is this number for higher end communicated on card back or somewhere else?Axis provides a paid customer care number for all their lower end cards. The cards with higher annual fee connect directly to a rep via a toll free number.
Thanks, that was very helpful!Yes. The numbers are printed behind the card. My Ace card has a paid number (similar paid cc number for wife's Flipkart card). Atlas and Vistara Infinite have a toll free number. Should be the same for Magnus reserve etc.
No, some are actively managed by company only. Near my place I've one for Suzuki, Honda, TVS etc. At that place they only sell their own product, sometimes they will sell in only segment also (like there won't be any scooties in bike showroom and there wont be any bike in scooty showroom, in fact honda near me has this same thing)Okay 🤔
Actually all are privately owned as far as I know
Do you have an Axis account?Axis CC LE + Paid FK to LTF Conversion
Axis Bank Surprised Me Today!
I hold My Zone LTF (37K limit) since aug 2023 on which my spends so far are less than 2k. I was seeing Axis Rewards and IOCL paid cards under the Upgrade tab in the axis application since a few weeks.
On tuesday, I received a call from a person claiming to be from axis. He told me about the upgrade offer to the same two cards. I refused citing the cards are chargeable and would rather go for something like FK LTF.
To my surprise, he said if he applies for FK or Neo on my behalf, it will be LTF. Since I was recording the call, I thought to play along and let him apply for the FK card. (I have something else going on with my Axis Neo LTF application since Dec 2023.)
As expected, the next day, I received an SMS saying the FK card is approved and that now my total credit limit across all my credit cards is 1.2L. (LE: 37K to 1.2L, when I used to check LE offer through the app, it never showed any offer.)
Just to be sure, I contacted axis customer care, asking them to confirm whether the card is chargeable or LTF. They told me that it is chargeable with joining and annual fees.
I then sent an email to them with the call recording and asked them to (1) register a complaint against that person (pretending to be assuming that he really is an Axis employee.) (2) cancel the FK card as I am not willing to activate it.
Today, I received the call from Axis and they offered me the FK card as FYF. I still refused and asked them to cancel it. And then they offered it as LTF. On my demand, they sent a mail confirming the same while I was on the call and also made me activate the card, which I happily did.
No. My Zone card was the only relationship with Axis.Do you have an Axis account?
