Anyone recently able to change BOB card network?

Hi, I am currently using BOB Rupay Jcb premier LTF credit card and want to change card network from Rupay to Visa in order to avail EMI related discounts (doesn't work in Rupay) and Visa based offers. Was anyone able to successfully switch the card network recently? please share your experience and what was the response you got from BOB support.

I have changed from rupay to visa in last month. Just email to escalations@bobfinancial.com and request to convert your existing card network

Just 2 years ago, EMI enabled on BOB RuPay, and even BOB EMI offers work. Which website is it where EMI offers are not working on BOB RuPay?
