I checked the end of the statement under bonus section no additional cashback.. My statement cycle is 21 july to 22 aug... Is it that bonus cashback will be posted next month..??

Same month. Check with customer care.

My experience with Titan: the bonus 3.5% got credited with the next month's statement. I had done this shopping well ahead of my statement date, and had also received the base 1.5% by bill generation date so it wasn't a case of it being a carry-forward issue. I'd called HDFC CC and they were clueless about this and promised to start an investigation. But I just patiently waited and verified that in my next month's statement the bonus 3.5% was credited.

For Tanishq monthly savings scheme, I used Neu infinity last month, and got both base 1.5% and bonus 3.5% in the statement generated today.

Whom did you complaint? Also what was the entry on your Credit Card Statement? does it mentions Tanishq or Titan?
