Yes support is very bad but never need to call or message or email to anyone…settled smoothly all

May be support is bad for any transaction issue, I think they intentionally don't respond. Otherwise for any general queries, they respond within a day or on the same day if it's their working hours.

Till now, I didn't face any transaction related issue on BharatNXT. Did 5L+ transactions since Feb.😄

My Business Regalia MC is added and working but the transfer rates are different. Plus no 1.09%. The least is for 1.25% and max is 1.65% for the lightning settlement.

Transfer charges for Business & Retail CCs are different & 1.09% applicable only for Retail CCs.

Below charges are inclusive GST:

1. For Retail/Personal Credit Cards:-

• Quick Pay (Same day settlement)- 1.71% {Till 3rd March: 1.50%}
• Classic Pay (T+1 day settlement)- 1.59% {Till 3rd March: 1.30%; Till 28th March: 1.53%}
• Lightening Pay (Within 3 hrs)- 2.06% 🆕
• Utility & GST Bill payments (T+1 day settlement)- 1% {Till 30th Apr: 1.3%}

2. For Corporate/Business Credit Cards:-

• Quick Pay (Same day settlement)- 1.59% {Till 30th Apr: 1.77%}
• Classic Pay (T+1 day settlement)- 1.47% {Till 30th Apr: 1.77%}
• Lightening Pay (Within 3 hrs)- 1.95% 🆕 {Till 30th Apr: 2.95%}
• Utility & GST Bill payments (T+1 day settlement)- 1.3%

Got my Infinia statement today. The statement says BharatNXT Tax Payments Mumbai. Have not got any reward points for the same. I called up the customer care and they said that it is booked under the MCC 9311. So now I guess no point of using Infinia for BharatNXT GST payments.

SC Ultimate, IDFC wealth, atleast these gave me points in the last 2 months.
I havent used it since.

It still comes under utility spends? I did a small 3k last month via my Vistara Infinite and the category mentioned was “Miscellaneous”.

I wont be getting any CV anymore for this if I pay via my Vistara Infinite?

IDFCFirst Wealth CC is really underrated as far as government transactions are concerned. It gives almost 2.5% returns if advance tax or GST payments are in lakhs. These points also never expire. Also, it's an LTF card.
