Anyone with IDFC First WOW CC got any unsecured IDFC CC?

Few months back I took IDFC First Wow Credit Card by booking an FD. Now when I try to apply for Unsecured CC (trying to apply for Wealth CC), after entering the mobile number and OTP, it's not allowing to apply. Displays "Sorry we can't proceed".

When I contacted Customer Care, one of the representative said since I have a secured card (Wow card) the system will allow to apply only if there's an offer.
I also tried with a different mobile number after entering OTP, it allowed me to next step but later shown as another application in process.

Anyone faced this kind of issue or know the solution?

Yeah same problem i am facing. I Wrote a email to them, no reply yet.
 
No good reply they will simply send closure of request which doesn't mean anything. They don't give a damn once their system flags someone's details and system continues to show the error u r getting all the time

I got the same error message. Looks like they are not giving out CC to those who don't have a savings account.

I have wow card also savings account with idfc but on applying for unsecured card it gives same error sorry can't proceed. I guess they dont give unsecured card to wow card holders. Planning to close wow card
 
Don't keep high hopes from IDFC's customer care. They have one of the most pathetic customer service across all banks.

They'll simply send generic reply like we only allow one card per customer. You have to close existing Wow card.
I agree. They're the worst.

They took whole month to reply to my LE and CC Upgrade request mail, which their automated reply system promised will be done in 7 working days.
Also this is after 2 reminder mails and 2 twitter DMs.

Yeah. They don't have codination between them. Every team work differently.

But after giving them 1 star in playstore, their social media team might call you and they are amazing, my 2week problem got fixed within 3 days.😌

Few of my issues were stretched till 2 months. They just keep delaying and sending unnecessary replies.

I have saving account with IDFC 10K AMB. When I try to apply credit card facing same issue ("Sorry we can't proceed") and I contacted CC over call & email. As per them for savings account holder can apply only when there is credit card pre-approved offer.

I said again and again I'm applying credit card directly not though any offer or links but as per them credit card can be availed when pre-approved offer is present with customer savings account.
