Hi Aadi,
Awesome work!

Can you please add more cards before adding more new features so that this will be really useful for many of us?

Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.

I'd love to onboard more cards. but It wont be possible without getting help from you all.
I need 3-4 months credit card statement pdf to be able to onboard a new credit card which is not already added in Track Cards.

As of now whichever card I am personally holding, I have already onboarded them, as I have statement pdfs for them.
It requires algorithm to be built for onboarding a new credit card and that is impossible to build without having a few statement pdfs in hand.

I was able to get SBI Cashback card statement from one of my friends recently. I'll onboard it soon.

Regarding new feature, not much really left. Track Cards is already in stable version.
But I am planning to add "Delete User Data" feature next, so that if someone wants to say good bye, he can delete all his data before leaving.

Hey,
saw your post today.

I am also working on building similar project with even more features

it seems like you choose Node for it?

Awesome, will definitely check it out when I get a change.

I have migrated the database to production db, which is officially marked as the Production release of TrackCards.
Along with this, I have enhanced multiple security aspects of the website.
In this release ability to delete user account including all data is also added.

I have onboarded Cashback SBI Credit Card as well.
With this new card, I have added a new feature, ability to edit rewards during statement upload.
This was required as some credit card statements do not provide reward breakup per transaction.
For example Airtel Axis, Swiggy HDFC, Cashback SBI.
Hence per transaction reward calculation may come wrong in very rare cases.
To handle such scenarios, ability to edit reward was required.

Note: The edit option will be available only for such cards where total monthly rewards are mentioned in the statement and per transaction rewards are not mentioned

I have also explored the cost to purchase a domain, and registered emails. The cost is not too high.
But I don't want to add any paid subscription based usage plan in TrackCards.
I want to keep it free as long as I don't have to spend money on it.
So we'll continue on Netlify server as we are currently doing.

Next Card to be Onboarded: HDFC Regalia Gold

If anyone is interested to support/contribute towards Track Cards and wants to share their CC statement, please DM me.
