it seem now 30 working days on X/Reddit someone with 34 days haven't received their refund.. 🙁
That’s crazy this program is becoming worse day by day. We need at least three months complete payment for this purchase to make sense as per current price on flipkart
even mine 30 says are completed but payment isn’t received. Seems like we all need to get over head hdfc to release payment. Idk what’s problem with them but everyone’s who’s waiting for payment try dropping email to grievance@hdfcergo.com to maybe pressurise them to get this sorted
They stopped giving payments after 20th December ig. But since this is a legal contract in form of a policy, it comes under IRDAI and claims need to be paid within 30 days as per IRDAI norms so if they are not following it, it will backfire them only

I wrote on the email and they said it’s 30 days and quoted me with dates also saying if you do not get payment by 23rd January drop an email back. I have dropped the email tho let’s see
