15k actually feels like underperforming for me. Consistency is a new feeling for me. Prior to this challenge, I have 2 days of 30k-50k each week and remaining lazy days. I will have to try something like 20k average for this month and see.Congratulations for exact opposite results. Very few achieve this milestone.
I usually go by step speed. 1000 steps for 10 minutes is the slow pace when I'm walking with someone. 1200-1300 steps per 10 minutes when I'm walking alone.Walking pace and diet plays a big role

My average speed for my 10KM morning walk is 8:32/KM i.e around 7KM/HI usually go by step speed. 1000 steps for 10 minutes is the slow pace when I'm walking with someone. 1200-1300 steps per 10 minutes when I'm walking alone.
I think it should be similar or faster for me. On treadmill the comfortable speed is 6km/hr when I will be watching Netflix or something. On the streets its much more of a brisk pace for me.My average speed for my 10KM morning walk is 8:32/KM i.e around 7KM/H
You have Typo, Morning RunMy average speed for my 10KM morning walk is 8:32/KM i.e around 7KM/H
No typo i walk at that speed 7.1 KM/H my target is to improve my speed. Earlier I used walk more now I’m just doing 15K+ steps but with target to improve my speed. My target is to complete 10KM in less than 1hr.You have Typo, Morning Run
I believe he was just joking. That, at that point its running rather than walking. No typo i walk at that speed 7.1 KM/H my target is to improve my speed. Earlier I used walk more now I’m just doing 15K+ steps but with target to improve my speed. My target is to complete 10KM in less than 1hr.

It says upto 30 days.. so it seems to be maximum.. anyway as far as we are getting every month, it doesn’t matterNope so 30 days is now minimum so hopefully on 31st-1st feb 2025 I should get the refund.
I said 30 days minimum cause who know what going on so keep on reaching 110 point in a month if we get refund then it good otherwise health benefit would be there anyways. It says upto 30 days.. so it seems to be maximum.. anyway as far as we are getting every month, it doesn’t matter
Exactly. After that I kept track of the timing. Even when I do 1km under 10 minutes it looks like I have to go pee and I'm in search of a rest room. Anything faster and it would look super odd like that speed walk competition.I believe he was just joking. That, at that point its running rather than walking.
Maybe it’s because of my height I used to walk fast since my childhood i have slowed down with age and IT lifestyleExactly. After that I kept track of the timing.
