Was able to but now have received email rejection.. i knew rejection email would come but wanted at least 1st month refund so no more 15k steps shit was looking for push up to a limit now I’m not sure if I would do 15k step regularly or not. At least I didn’t got my friend into this shit.
Just got rejection and termination email, the format of email was different from what was shared here so i thought it was some kind of policy update notification but after reading the last line i found out about the rejection and termination.
I have my history where i was regularly doing 10-12k steps for majority of the year, I'll be filing a complaint against them for sure

Yes received the same at 12:04 but then money isn’t credited for 1st n 2nd months this month I have fallen through cause of this mess so 60-80% if money is credited in 30 business day cause they can’t be trusted plus another 10th months to go.
 
I applied on 5th Jan but no rejection or refund received. HDFCERGO can not be trusted, they did this on pressure and they have mentioned that in their email too. They just came up with some strange algorithm and rejected all the claims. Due to PR pressure they did this month and now once they clear their image they will again reject. If they were genuine they wouldn’t have terminated the policies and instead show those conditions from start or send warnings or deducted steps.
 
Plus who didn’t receive rejection email they have received it too it not same copy and paste one paragraph is missing though.
No, bro, I didn't receive any such email. Mostly, those who inquired about the status before via email may have received that mail.

I have initiated first month claim on 20th January, and second month claim yesterday early morning
Then I got the first month payment yesterday in afternoon
