HDFCERGO can not be trusted, they did this on pressure and they have mentioned that in their email too. They just came up with some strange algorithm and rejected all the claims. Due to PR pressure they did this month and now once they clear their image they will again reject. If they were genuine they wouldn’t have terminated the policies and instead show those conditions from start or send warnings or deducted steps.

Same here. Received approval email with call out of terms and conditions. Redemption date was 7thI just received an approval email for the first month. The redemption date is January 5th.
When was you second redemption date? Did you receive approval email for 2nd redemption as well on yesterday ?Update yesterday received a WhatsApp message for 2nd month approval from HDFCergo, so in 48 working days amount will be credited.
2nd month redemption/initiated date 2nd feb and received approval email on whatsapp only not on email and reference number matches cause amount is same for 1st n 2nd month and Waverly received 1st month refund already.When was you second redemption date?
