Application stuck due to no address proof

while applying for bob premier credit card they asked me for permanent address and correspondence address. I expected they wouldn’t need correspondence address proof. I don’t have communication address proof. I have applied for several bank accounts and credit cards before and none asked for communication address proof before.

Email from bank asked me for communication address proof to which I replied that I don’t have. I requested them to change my communication address to permanent address for which I have proof. I haven’t received any response from them despite repeated emails.

I don’t want to reapply again as it’ll make a new hard inquiry to CIBIL. Please suggest how to proceed. Is my current application useless now?

Today I applied for BOB Premier, where it fetched address from AADHAR and was showing under Permanent as well as Current Address.
But suddenly I noticed that if I will change Current Address, I will have to upload current address proof (There was a checkbox in the bottom, I think you must have noticed as well).

I quickly thought better to give both address same as AADHAR fetched.

Successfully completed ESign & VKYC as well.

It just asked me Photograph & Bank Statement.

BOB does a hard inquiry of Rs. 1 Lac

Same thing here. Applied ~3 months back.

Added rental agreement as correspondence address proof. Every week I got a mail as "Verification pending. Documents required". Sent a couple of mails to crm@bobfinancial.com. Now those Shehzades want Utility bill with Landlord name. I told them its not possible because Electricity bill comes in apartment builder's name who is not landlord, here are some other CC statements which have my current address as well. Just do a physical verification if required. They won't budge. So I just stopped replying. Hopefully they will close the application.

If I decide to change my Aadhar address to current address later, I might reapply for LTF offerings.

I decided to change my Aadhar finally (due to some personal reasons) and applied for an Amex instead. With devaluations everywhere, I found little use in adding a BOB card to my collection.
