Hi,

I applied for the ICICI Amazon Pay CC on Jan 10, still waiting for KYC. NO response from the bank. I've rescheduled the KYC appointments multiple times still no response from bank.

If anyone else had this issue, how did you proceed?

Any help is appreciated. Thank You!

If you don't use your Amazon account that much, then you can do the following-

1. Change the amazon account access to a different email and mobile number to which you have access but are not registered anywhere.
2. close this amazon account and stop using it. It will be trashed after 30 days.
3. Create a new one using your email id and mobile number for which you want your card to be issued.
4. Do kyc of your amazon account (amazon pay) after 30 days so that the previous account is closed permanently and there is no duplicate identity record in your name at amazon.
5. Apply through this new account once you see the offer.

There is no point in waiting as the application is probably trashed already. However, you can give it one last shot by sending an email to them.

Thanks.

I think icici will not approve my card though I use Amazon pay later for few years. I applied for amazon pay card in July 2022. After uploading my payslip and bank statement, it was always showing Bank statement is password protected or payslip or bank statement is not clear but anyone can open my bank statement. I have uploaded many times but I'm always getting an error and amazon pay icici customer service is useless. In this month, I again tried again got the same error so I sent mail to normal customer care email ID. They said to try once again and I did but again same error. So, they said the application is old they want to delink it so I agreed to it.

But after Delinking, I applied again. This time, I didn't get any option to schedule kyc or vkyc option. Again I sent mail but again due to technical issue, they want to delink my application again. I asked will I get any issues after Delinking this time? But they can't say anything about the issue.

So I complained it to rbi ombudsman.

Same issue happened to me. 2 Days back mailed the customer care to cancel my application.

I'll definitely try this, thanks for the suggestion!
