How to Apply for new Indusind Credit card if closed a indusind credit card in past

They are not allowing to apply for the credit card agent itself. Not applying myself, rather agent is applying on behalf. Its a technical issue from backend

I faced some what similar issue, just find another branch person. It can be done through branch. If not, then you have to forget about IndusInd.

What is the card...did u apply c2c using other branch?
Because my card is pinnacle and theyre saying it can only be applied online (Recent changes)

yes but not recent. you need bank person help to adjust changes in database, otherwise remind those MD mails only option and forget about IndusInd.

Note: not sure in your case but agent and bank credit card sales person are different.
