Looking for recommendations!

Applied for Magnus Credit Card on 25th May, documents collected on 26th May. On 5th June, the application moved forward and I was told that I'll receive an update in 3 days. On 13th June, my application was put on hold. Axis support is not able to help, they just raise a Service Request which is not actioned upon and ask me to wait.
I already have a Vistara Signature and meet the Magnus requirements easily.

Can someone please recommend what should I be doing? Thank you!
