Are Premium Economy tickets through Axis Vistara Signature card easily available like Axis Vistara Platinum card?

I've been using Axis Vistara Platinum card for sometime and managed to get 3 vouchers for economy tickets (one for renewal and 2 for milestones). The other two milestones are not worth getting.

I've been thinking of getting the Axis Vistara Signature card which gives Premium Economy tickets.

My concern is that economy tickets through the vouchers have been very easy to redeem and there is high availability. Is it the same with Premium Economy tickets? I'm assuming Premium Economy seats are much lower in number in any aircraft (24 Premium Economy vs 138 Economy seats).

Is it easy to get Premium Economy tickets (eligible through voucher) or are these much harder to get?

Depends on the route and date.. You can check with the Customer care for exact availability, or if you have CV points, you can check in the portal itself

Is the availability through CV points the same as availability through the vouchers?

I think almost for all flights, Vistara reserves 2 seats in Biz, 4 in Premium and 6/8(?) in Economy. They may review these availability of the same in some peak season like end December, Diwali etc (not sure).
