Are the milestone rewards for Axis Vistara or Axis Vistara Signature cards only applicable for first year?

Found these disclaimers for the Axis Vistara and the Axis Vistara Signature cards on the Axis website. Not sure which milestone they mean - do they mean all milestone rewards? So basically from 2nd year onwards we'll only get renewal benefit and CV points?

From second year, you are eligible for milestone rewards as well. The first row in each (for eg: spend 75000 in first 90 days and get 3000 CV points)- that is the welcome bonus if you spend that amount, and is not valid for the second year. All others are milestones, and are valid for the following years as well.

Anyway, the last milestone is not even worth attempting for. At max go for 450,000 on Signature.

You won't get the 1000/3000 bonus points from second year. You'll still get milestone benefits and regular CV points.
