Its v big ipo hence the subscription is lower + last few days market is down.. so speculation is a little low.. + its an OFS and not an IPO technically.. just shares chg hands.. no money will go into the business.. so Avoid.. wait and watch

- It is an offer for sale. Korean promoters are selling thier stake via this IPO.
- Opening will be in minus.
- Price band is very high, we will get only 7 units.

Wait for the listing, check price and then buy if you want to hold Hyundai shares. Don't take via IPO.

It's overvalued with respect to it's parent company Hyundai(PE of 5-6). Also, price band is way too high. There are huge chances of negative listing and it may become a disaster just like paytm.

That's why I have not alloted some IPOs like Northern Arc, Namba Finance, KRN Heat Exchanger

3rd party application are rejected, it might have worked in some cases but if you want to apply properly and get maximum alotment apply from same persons bank account via upi or Asba

But the demat holder name & bank a/c holder name should be same
