Atlas apply

So I got fed up of waiting and last Friday called up the customer care and shouted at them. I was immediately transferred to the retention dept. They immediately cancelled my Select card and transferred me back to some other department to apply for the Atlas card. They asked me to click a SMS link and enter the OTP. The application was successful and the card number was generated immediately. Visible in the app too.

Then the wait for the actual card began. Three days since, no sign of even the tracking number. Customer care tells me the card is generated but has not been picked up by the delivery partner yet. They ask me to be patient. Usually after dispatch Blue Dart being Axis twin lethargic brother takes 5 days to deliver it.

The consignment idles at the airport hub and entire day, then at the Blue Dart hub for another day, on the third day it will show out for delivery but by evening they call me to ask if it is OK to deliver it the next day since it is night and then they will end up delivering it the next day afternoon.

Damn the levels of patience you need to deal with these idiots!

Glad it got resolved satisfactorily albeit after going through so many loops
 
On side note, I tried asking axis to suppress cibil hit for atlas which I tried applying directly and got rejected due to multi card policy. Have shared pdf cibil report over mail.
They didn't tell if this can be removed but instead mentioned that the previous hits by axis in cibil report over past 2 years aren't in their system and will suppress them !
I am not sure what to reply for that 😀
 
I have a Magnus CC & want to close it & upgrade to Atlas CC, but 25,000 ER points of Magnus milestone are yet to be awarded. Can I upgrade keeping pending the 25K ER points ?

Have you got limit as previous card or limit is increased in new card?
