Yes i can inbox, set domestic and international transactions and set pin also…also see first 4 and last 4 digits also but when i set pin i think virtual may be generated but didnt take a screenshot not sure though…How were you able to unbox ?

Glad it got resolved satisfactorily albeit after going through so many loopsSo I got fed up of waiting and last Friday called up the customer care and shouted at them. I was immediately transferred to the retention dept. They immediately cancelled my Select card and transferred me back to some other department to apply for the Atlas card. They asked me to click a SMS link and enter the OTP. The application was successful and the card number was generated immediately. Visible in the app too.
Then the wait for the actual card began. Three days since, no sign of even the tracking number. Customer care tells me the card is generated but has not been picked up by the delivery partner yet. They ask me to be patient. Usually after dispatch Blue Dart being Axis twin lethargic brother takes 5 days to deliver it.
The consignment idles at the airport hub and entire day, then at the Blue Dart hub for another day, on the third day it will show out for delivery but by evening they call me to ask if it is OK to deliver it the next day since it is night and then they will end up delivering it the next day afternoon.
Damn the levels of patience you need to deal with these idiots!
