Sep 7th!!! for a simple query on how to change bank?
 
Their customer care is manned by hopeless people. I had once raised a concern about my credit score going down by 200 points after taking their personal loan. I had to spend 30mins explaining the customer care girl about what's a credit score and what banks report!!

And the reply was she is going to escalate this issue!!
 
Im trying to change my mandate from last 5 months,there is no such option exist in the app.
No customer support number also.
I just dropped the idea to change my bank mandate.

Most places have this issue. They hire someone who can communicate in English at the most basic level and be done with it. Hiring subject matter representatives is going to cost them a bit higher because they can demand more pay and while it's justified and a win-win for both the customer and the service provider, they won't do it.
 
Off topic, can you people let me know what is the interest rate at which CRED cash is available to you? I closed mine recently and it was issued at 18% ROI for my account.

DM them on twitter and ask them to send auto pay link to your whatsapp account, they will send and you can change the bank within 3 days of message.
