But how?? It has to be ultimately done by a customer care rep. I tried thrice and customer care folks said, they'll do it and then disappeared and never responded to my emails.deleted all my cards, revoked mail permissions, GTH Cred.

Most places have this issue. They hire someone who can communicate in English at the most basic level and be done with it. Hiring subject matter representatives is going to cost them a bit higher because they can demand more pay and while it's justified and a win-win for both the customer and the service provider, they won't do it.I had to spend 30mins explaining the customer care girl about what's a credit score and what banks report!!

I had to spend 30mins explaining the customer care girl about what's a credit score and what banks report!!
And the reply was she is going to escalate this issue!!
