Au bank credit card rejeted

Au bank credit card got rejected yesterday.
My cibil is 785 and my credit utilization is 5-6% max.
I hold nearly 14 credit cards, with a maximum limit of 3 lac, and most cards have 2-3 lac limit.
I dont know why it got rejected.
I got a random call from an agent and as he said he could provide zenith as LTF so i was interested.
Plesae let me know what to do and will i get zenith as ltf anyday?

I recently got AU Vetta as LTF.

They said, all credit cards are LTF except Zenith Plus.

Are they LTF for all or there is an eligibility criteria to get them as LTF ?

How should one apply to get it as LTF?

Sure. Apply only in online. Fill the application with your basic details and company details. They will list out the cards. Don't proceed after.

They will call you and confirm in the email it is LTF for your. See my previous post.

After confirmation, again proceed with your card selection and video KYC.

Otherwise, send an email them to get LTF confirmation:

Vetta... It is a premium card. In future, they may give free upgrade to Zenith+

Agent cnt guarantee card approval. Drop a mail to AU bank cx care to know exact reason fr rejection

HDFC infinity i have(LTF) , sbi cashback got rejected one month back dont know why im already holding one sbi card.
AU Zenith i wanted because of the movie benefit.

I too had applied for AU IXIGO credit card and it got rejected. I sent an email to their customer care complaining that despite having a 790 + cibil with 11% utilisation and no late payments how could they reject. I threatened to escalate to RBI in that email and they did respond. They said I have a high number of active credit cards and thats why they rejected. I do have 13 credit cards at the moment.
