Is there a way to get AU Bank Card Upgraded or downgraded to a Different Variant.

If it is core card then you can switch through call. For new card might ask 6 month to wait.

Can i upgrade ltf xcite ultra to ltf zenith

You can insist for ltf zenith, mostly they denied but for my brother after multiple attempt they take request for ltf zenith and it upgraded.
