I recently applied for the AU IXIGO credit card, and my experience was quite frustrating. Here's a breakdown of the process:
- Site Lag: The website was incredibly slow and laggy, making the application process a bit of a hassle.
- Vkyc Issues: During the virtual KYC (vkyc), I was asked to redo the process because the address I provided in the application didn’t match the one on my ID. I recalled the address being correct, but I may have missed a detail like the road or cross number.
- Agent Issues: The most annoying part was the constant calls from an agent over the last 6-7 days asking me to submit proof of my residential address. Every time I asked where to submit it, the agent would cut the phone call. It wasn’t until today that he finally shared his personal mobile number and email in an SMS, which raised some red flags. It feels like he might be trying to hit some target or gain credit for my application, which makes the entire process feel suspicious. WHAT TO DO?
