AU LIT Additional Top Up Offers - Query & Discussion

Urgent help needed.
Thinking of using AU Lit credit card for a flipkart purchase of 17k
Their is a milestone top up (₹299) & 10x reward points on online spend top up(₹299) ~ can I get combined 5% cb 500 and 1700 RP for my single flipkart transaction of 17k or only one offer will be counted?

Can add-on members enable offers separately ?

Are u sure its apay voucher and not shoping voucher?

Confirming because..
I tried to get the mcc for apay voucher where Amazon Pay India Privatet was merchant name but mcc code came as 5399 which is not eligible for both grocery and apparel in AU lit.

Can anyone confirm the same?

Someone posted in this forum that they ordered something from Amazon, then canceled the order and received a refund to their Amazon Pay balance. In this case, the merchants will came the PRIVATET one. I also tried it, but the cashback was not credited in LIT.

I purchased from Amazon site only. Today also I purchased and got this as transaction message:

INR 10,000.00 were spent on your AU Bank Credit Card at AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVATET on 02-03-2025 at 11:26:20 am.
