First devaluation of 2025.

AU LIT Credit Card has suddenly reduced the benefits of four very important features by about 50%.

1. Apparel Spends 199/- +GST (90 days) now onwards will earn maximum cashback of Rs. 500/- per 30 days cycle. (Earlier it was Rs. 1000/- per 30 days cycle)
2. Also, Grocery Spends 299/- + GST (90 days) now onwards will earn a maximum cashback of Rs. 500/- per 30 days cycle. (Earlier it was Rs. 1000/- per 30 days cycle)
3. Milestone cashback 2% 199/- + GST (90 days) now require a minimum spends of Rs. 15,000/- in each 30 days cycle. (Earlier minimum spend requirement was Rs. 10,000/-)
4. Milestone cashback 5% 299/- +GST (90 days) now require a minimum spends of Rs. 10,000/- in each cycle. (Earlier minimum spend requirement was Rs. 7,500/-)

Just last month, in December 2024, AU LIT has restricted the monthly wallet load limit to 10% of the credit limit.

AU has not yet informed it's customers regarding the devaluation.

Those who have active features please activate to auto renewal.

Is there anything I can do for it?
Like it's not a issue from my side what MCC the merchant gives even though they have a clothing store and I did buy it.
I told you there is nothing you can do about it.
have a heart for the guy who bought an expensive car and got ZERO points.
What is worse, he had to pay 1.18% fuel surcharge, because the car dealer had a fuel MCC code

You need to transact rupees one, phone customer care and find out the MCC code and make sure it is eligible to get points or cashback.
then decide whether or not to pay
understood your point, skipped using this card at that store today.
