Axis Ace Card not processing

TF Buzz
Hi Guys same issue for me I've applied for Ace through Google pay on Jun 14 it's been nearly a month now but still stuck on after processing screen.

An agent from axis verify my video KYC and pan card at the same day itself, but still under processing,

After 2 weeks I've checked with the customer care they said to wait for 5-7 business days, you'll get an update of whether approved or rejected, but it's been more than 5-7 business day even after I've talked with them.

anyone know what's the average processing time ?

Also this is my first CC I've ever applied.

This usually happens when your credit card application has been rejected by the bank. For better resolution you can contact Axis Bank on Twitter or email them from your registered email address if you have an Axis bank account.

Try raising a complaint to axis bank.
Google pay will.most probably keep showing you "processing". It kept showing me that even after my first statement was generated.
Your best.bet is axis

I have axis Ace card since 2021 and I am planning to close it.

Is there anything left in the Card after major devaluation in may 2023? Why people are still applying for this card?

Then most probably your credit card application has been rejected by Axis Bank. Better to contact them on Twitter with your application number to know the current status.
Yeah I've contacted them in twitter let's see how it goes.

Btw I have 2 pre-approved credit cards from HDFC's end of Regalia Gold and Tata Neu Infinity credit cards both are FYF.

My main transactions are utility bills , Amazon, Flipkart, swiggy and Zomato does either of this card good for those?

If magnus sunsets ACE is only card left in market with 2% cashback..I would suggest don't close one of the good card
Even if someone spends 1L offline every month then Ace will provide only 6k extra per year than say FK Axis, which provides 1.5% CB.
Assuming Ace is entry level card, one will not have an average offline spends of 20k a month. And in that case Ace will provide only 1200 extra a year

Utility Bills, Amazon and Flipkart: SBI Cashback (for utility bills buy Amazon GV from Amazon), Axis ACE
Swiggy/Zomato: Axis Airtel card for 10% cashback or you can also buy GV through SBI Cashback card at effectively 10-12% off.

In case of HDFC: Millennia card will give you 5% cashback for utility bills upto Rs 1000 per month.

SBI cashback doesn't give cashback on utility bill payments
