AFTER getting IOCL, no offers were showing in credit card offers. After 3 months, offers were showing and I took ace card. Then after 3 months, again card offers were showing and I applied for My zone LTF online and got it. So 3 months are the cooling period if your card is approved

3 months is not applicable for everyone. You got after 3 months but I got after 6 months.
