Axis Ace Offer on Gpay declined

Today I received an offer for Axis Ace Credit Card on Gpay but when I tried to apply, I received a message that since I am an existing customer of Axis Bank, I can only apply through bank website...
And then the offer became unavailable for me...

Whenever I am trying check my application status on axis cc tracker. Eligibility check started date is getting appended by 1 day daily. It's started with 11 March then 12 March now it is showing 13 March. And remaining template is same as please wait for 3 days. Due to this whenever I call customer care they are also saying the same thing, it is started on 13th March please wait for 3 days. Axis seems to be toying with me

I also got offer from customer care for my zone (rupay variant ) and IOCL ( paid) &Neo (LTF).
They said all card can approve without document and verification .
I thought they might be fooling and waited to show up in axis app .
But there is no update in the app.

I know but ... But many times I have seen on Twitter that their customer care told it's LTF but when they receive their card it's paid card.
That's why I'm in a doubt.

It will be written in the forwarding letter accompanying the card. I got my Ace card yesterday with the letter giving all the needed details. Activated and started using yesterday night itself.

call customer care or chat.. for axis it is the only way to know before or else u have to wait till u get a mail or message after bill generation
