Axis Ace Offer on Gpay declined

Today I received an offer for Axis Ace Credit Card on Gpay but when I tried to apply, I received a message that since I am an existing customer of Axis Bank, I can only apply through bank website...
And then the offer became unavailable for me...

Disqualified after a CIBIL hit?
Ax-shit Bank being a--holes. They could have simply said this offer only for new customers.

No cibil hit... As soon as I entered my mobile number... Gpay did this... 👇

I have opened this link in pc in 2 browsers and also in mobile: each time it redirected to this page https://web.axisbank.co.in/DigitalChannel/WebForm/uta_source=ipa_campaign4 which is basically the normal form with source link...
But even after filling details there, I am redirected to the same page again asking to start afresh
I am stuck in a endless loop of filling information no matter what the link is.
Cannot see preapproved offers in app as well as the below link (no savings acc, just 3 ccs)

The 3 credit cards rule from Axis applies to core or cobranded as well? One of my cards is Axis Airtel and others are myzone and neo. Will it hamper my chances of getting 4th card?

Co branded are counted
If you want 4th card, better try applying via agent/branch

2 friends in Goa tried from Google Pay via the "Rs 500 Cashback / Apply for Credit Card" link in their apps.
Both said that none of the Goan pincodes are serviceable. One works in a Metro city but does not have any Govt ID proof with their rental apartment address. There is a rent agreement but updating AADHAR only to apply for Axis Ace is the height of desperation. If anyone knows another way (no illegal tricks or falsifying facts) then please do share. I read from other TF threads that in video KYC they will ask for a Govt ID proof which should have a serviceable address.
One of the friends has a Citi CC and we are hoping that Axis provides Ace as an option when they are finally ready to move away from the Citi cards.

In my case pincode was asked to speak. and pan card picture was taken in video kyc.

After the video kyc I didn't hear back from them within 24 hours. Does that mean my application got rejected?
