Axis Bank credit card department (including local branch) officers will get to know about application status at least 2 days prior to approval/rejection message. If you have any contact then you can ask them by quoting application number.

No update from them yet. Did the video kyc yesterday only. As per the attached screenshot I should hear back from them within 24 hours.

Just wait for some time. the CC tracker website is not real time.
You'll see application received status first and. it'll move to eligibility check stage. You'll get the CIBIL hit and an alert from CIBIL if your email is linked to it.

My application for myzone was rejected in August and airtel was rejected in October. Then applied for ace now. That's why I am worried this time.

Insufficient documentation they said but I had provided all the documents they have asked for. When I enquired further about which document was not provided they changed the reason to "Internal Policy".

Let's wait and see. previous applications will have little to no effect.
But I feel you man. I get it why you're worried. I have also applied for a card via offline agent on 6th March. Got the cibil Hit on 7th march. and application status moved to Eligibility check.
