Axis Airtel Cashback Credit

I took Axis Airtel last month and My first bill is generated is today...
I did not see any cashback or any Joining benefit in the statement
When I will get the cashback credited to my account?
 
Solution
I called with customer Care..which is chargable and Rs 25 was the bill...
The executive informed me that the voucher will be sent only after paying the joining fees means paying the first bill amount..
who charged Rs 25 Axis or your mobile operator??

Did you wrote an email directly to PNO or went through Level 1 , Level 2 and then PNO (Level 3) ?
I first mailed the pno (their service ticket is still in progress btw) & then I called the customer care and they transferred the call to their senior executive who asked me to mail the proof to email.services@axisbank.com
Today that senior executive called me & informed that the cashback will be credited

Call customer care first & inform them about the issue. Either they will provide you a solution or will connect you to a senior who will ask you to mail the proofs to email.services.
Wait for couple of working days post that for their response and then mail pno if the issue is still not resolved.

As a proof do we need to send the screenshot of order page or invoice? I can't find the card details anywhere in the order history or in invoice.
