Axis Airtel Credit Card not working on Airtel Thanks App

My Axis Airtel CC is not working on the Airtel Thanks App (tried both for the Airtel Postpaid Bill & other utility bills).
Any solution anyone?

Remove the saved card and try making the payment by entering card details

Tried to recharge axis fastag using airtel axis cc with jio sim in airtel thanks app
Sadly payment page is not accepting credit cards.

Fastag recharge will give 10% discount or not?

No fastag doesn't allow credit card as a mode of payment

Recharging from iMobile won't give you 10%.

Doesn't matter, u will get 10/25% cashback upto capping limit.
