Every electricity payment of mine went through successfully via Airtel Thanks app using Axis Airtel card. Using it since past 1 year. So I can confirm this issue is not happening anymore. However if your payment fails, it'll return to source Account within 1 week.
Mine electricity bill was reversed after 7 days, in between i was charged late fee from my electricity board..... I never paid electricity bill from airtel axis... Now i use tata infinity and get 5% cb.....

Now this card is becoming more and more useless. We can't pay electricity bill nor book gas cylinders, all are having issue of bill fetch.

Where can we check the cashback breakup to verify if we received cashback for utility bill payment? In the statement they only share total cashback earned but no breakup
