Where can we check the cashback breakup to verify if we received cashback for utility bill payment? In the statement they only share total cashback earned but no breakup

Randomly check meaning? No way to know at all if transactions are getting CB as promised or not?

Yes you have to calculate it

99% of the times Rs.300 is done for Broadband Bill so I know minimum CB of Rs.300 is sorted.
Next I see Rs.500 if Electricity bill is more than 5k
Last level is for Zomato Swiggy orders beacuse RBL zomato is discontinued and waiting for my HDFC SWIGGY offer to show up on my swiggy app

Airtel states that they have processed a refund, but I've encountered this issue four times now in different times in a day. Has anyone experienced a similar problem when using the Airtel Axis card for utility payments? Please advise if there are any known issues or solutions. On a related note, I successfully used the same card to pay my Airtel postpaid bill through the Airtel Thanks App.

If such issue occurs once then refrain to try again instead try next day..
Airtel thanks app is bit buggy/has issue sometime..

The Payment went through for electricity bill (KSEB Kerala) just now.

im finding 25% CB offer foe recharges...., but for utilities payment the offer banner is not showing.....
if i paid my utility bill with out appling the offer , wheter i will get the cashback.

or what to do now.

i complained every where.... finally came here for solution .
please help me......

No need to complain anywhere or apply any coupon; you will get your cashback. Just complete the transaction from the Airtel App, that's it. 😁

I am using this card for last three months. Last month i got cash back around 750 rupees. 260 for Airtel phone payment, 120 rupees for eb bill, 100 rupees for Gas booking, 250 rupees for Bigbasket purchase. It's useful.
