Rcvd this card a month ago stmt gen on 12th of prev month
Did not receive cashback credit yet usually they credit the cashback amount on 7th of every month if stmt gen date is 12th so need ur replies

Have u got ur cashback credited to ur card (Rupay variant)

10% cashback up to 250 on 2500 for utilities.
25% cashback up to 250 on 1000 for Airtel recharges and bills
10% cashback , upto 500 and 5000 for food delivery from Zomato/ Swiggy and grocery from Big basket.

They denied mc to rupay conversion, I wasn't hoping much but still it hurts 🤕

The cashback should be credited this month after completion of due date i.e 2nd of September

Yeah, tmrw my stmt will be generated and I will reach out to their support team

For all mc variants the cashback was credited without any issue..
I think the issue is with rupay network cards

Ek toh card ko bina complete kiye live kar diya tha Axis walo ne.

Aur ajkal Airtel payments bank ka UPI show krta hai, UPI apps me CC selection me.

Airtel shayad kuch bada karne wala hai RuPay UPI k sath. 😀😀

Kya pata aisa koi card aa raha ho jisme 20% Cashback mile aur 50% airtel recharges par 😜😜

Just now received a call from social media support team

She's saying that the cashback will be credited in oct
But I clearly explained her it is about aug month's stmt not sep she has no clue abt this.. finally she told me that she'd check the details once again and call me later.
