Does anyone know how to check whether your card is lifetime free or chargeable. Or anyone have faced any situation where axis have charged even after providing cards LTF. I have seen a post where HDFC is charging despite offering their card LTF.

While applying for the card/ Application SMS/ Welcome Letter with the card/ via bank cc or email

Or anyone have faced any situation where axis have charged even after providing cards LTF.

Yes, they converted the card to LTF within 5 days and reversed the JF.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have deleted my sms/email/application sms.
But will search for welcome letter. My annual period will completed in February.
Hope I don't have to go through that long process.

As someone mentioned above, this is also often mentioned in the welcome kit.
(Sometimes, it could be incorrect lol)
