Hi ,
When I was on call with Axis burgundy support for my Axis Reserve card ,
Executive told me that I have an offer to take pre approved Axis Atlas Card , I agreed for same , verification was done with otp on call .
Card was shown in my app ,
Card got shipped , with blue dart tracking id .
But I get this message today eve
As per internal guidelines on multiple Credit Cards issued to a customer, we identified that Axis Bank Credit Card no. XX4189 was erroneously issued to you. As a corrective measure, we will close this card and reverse any fees, if levied. Regret the inconvenience caused.
Now I want this card ,
I called their customer support again they told me They cannot do anything as we dont see this offer , so to bargain with them I asked them to close my Axis Magnus which was of no use anyways .
They have taken the request for closure now , but I told them if you dont give me atlas now I will close all relationship with Axis
I had applied for atlas two three years back when It was launched but it never got processed and status was not updated for 6 months .
Now can any one help me How can I get Atlas
I hold Axis reserve already with limit of 6 lakhs. .
