Axis Atlas Axis atlas not giving milestone on reaching 15 lakhs

So the thing is, I reached 15 lakh milestone on Axis atlas. But they did not credit the bonus miles citing I have not reached 15 lakh milestone.

I did 2 utilities transactions on 19th april which amounts to 40k in total. I have received edge miles for it but they are not considering for milestone. PNO is not giving satisfactory reply. Interesting thing is on paying renewal fee i got 5000 edge miles and i am currently in platinum tier. but they are saying you have not met the spend threshold of 15L.

What can I do. Pno is not replying specifically

its clearly mentioned in site that utilities won't be counted towards milestone
 
Mail them asking for total spends. For me app was showing 7.5L milestone completed, but when i mailed them they said the spends are around 7.4 only.

If you are spending so much money to get benefits of platinum tier on Atlas, you could have spent some time in reading terms & conditions for spends eligible for tier upgrade.

Utilities are not counted for tier upgrade. If there is still time left for card renewal, you can spend on eligible category.

If renewal date crossed, nothing can be done,no matter whom you approach.
 
does education spends counted in milestones. I just got atlas and have an upcoming school fees payment in March

Yes they are counted.

Please search "axis atlas excluded categories" on google. You will get link for PDF file in first few links dated 20th April 2024... It solve all the questions you have

You should never spend on anything that does not earn miles, because those spends will not qualify for the milestone benefit also.

on 19th april utilities were counted from 20th april it is not counted .i got edge miles for the utilities transaction. I am already in platinum tier on renwal

on 19th april utilities were counted from 20th april it is not counted .i got edge miles for the utilities transaction. I am already in platinum tier on renewal. Also the fact axis customer had confirmed i reached milestone but they are denying. I got 5000 miles on renewal had i not reached milestone I would have got 2500. I did read terms and conditions utilities was considered on 19th April according to t&c
 
Does posted date matter fo rmilestones. Because pno is saying you made transaction on 19th but was posted on 20th so you are not eligible for milestone

OK got it because their system is very weird. I reached platinum tier on system before renewal. I am in platinum tier on renewal also got 5000 edge miles on renewal, but did not credit milestone miles of 5000. They gave normal edge miles for transaction done on 19th April wcc 4900, but not included in milestone, god knows what they do
 
I am exactly in same situation and raised the matter with pno. But this settlement date is just not right as it is not mentioned anywhere on bank website

so now we know that one should not go beyond 7.5 lacs
