I did a payment of Rs 9660 at Apollo pharmacy and instead of charging my card, my 9660 Edge Miles were redeemed. I had an argument with Pharmacy guy. But he says, they don't have option to select points or card. Their POS machine is connected to their system and they cant access their machine directly. They can't reverse my transaction. I had been accumulating these points since few months, to redeem as air miles. It would have amounted to Rs. 19,320 as air miles. Who is at fault? Apollo or Axis Bank? Can I get my points back and charge my card? Please suggest.

Happed with me with westside ..he unknowingly deducted 26k rps ofr ~6.4 k bill. I called amex and they reverted back the points. Amex is best when it comes to service
