Axis Bank Ace Credit Card {{Apply or Not}}

Today In my mother's Google pay Account there is an offer for axis bank ace credit card apply option.
so I want to know that Can I apply this Card from my pan card for myself. will be there any problem if I apply from my pan card or should apply to same person which it belongs to?
Disc: Axis rejected my credit card application many times, axis rejected my application approx 10-12 times and last time declined was in December. So Should I apply or Not? I have axis bank account also but in rural area branch and my permanent/residence address in metro city.

When I applied I didn't have option to change my name and mail ID 🤔

But As I know there is pre-filled mobile no and mail id only. Don't know about name is also filled?

Name prefilled kaise ho skta hai? aap googlepay mein kuch bhi dal doge toh woh thodi le lega.

It's been a very long time since I applied, I forgot about the name.
Why I think name is prefilled cause my name on card it is as of my mail ID rather than what my Adhar has, Like first name in the place of last name and vice versa.

I have Airtel Axis Card offer also but it's approval rate is very low that's why I am not applying.
And I want to know that If I fills my name and apply would it be accepted or not from my mother gpay account?
So should I apply Google pay or leave it?

10-12 times rejection means there is something wrong. Just check in an Axis mobile app for pre approved credit card offers.

That's the habit of Axis. Even my was rejected for many times.

Whenever I checks in Axis Mobile app it shows an old application submitted already.
It is not removing from months. Don't know why axis rejects my application everytime, currently my cibil is 770. Still they rejected I have given my ICICI Bank credit card statement 100k limit having 10-20% utilisation, still rejected.🙂

Axis will take 3 months to remove old application from app.

I has been more than 3 months after that I applied 2-3 times more but still they are showing previous application reference number and not showing current application number or latest application, when I had applied after that.
