With effect from 20th April 2024, the following changes will be applicable on your favourite axis bank credit cards.

In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.
- and more..

I called to raise a closure request for IOCL LTF. I was afraid while saying to close. But they offered 2500 ER points. So I agreed to take it. He raised the request. But I got 2500 ER points for My zone on Oct I think. So, will I get the points or they'll reject the request. @DocFixIt

They both are different.
You will get your latest 2.5k points.

Are you sure its minimum 6 month to get again on another card? I got for one in march and will try again on Monday for another
 
last night I talked to them at 9.30 pm..
it seems they work until 10 pm
Retention team won't be active .

For some reason i call they say priority customer service upon picking up & get connected in seconds

I call for my cousin card .. just get tring tring for long time

What card/savings account do you have? It is the same for me but I am a priority account holder
 
maybe it is because of this card then. Pretty weird. Would love if someone else could provide additional info on what account/cards in Axis makes someone eligible for that premium customer support line since it is a huge improvement over the normal one.
Get SBLBR or Privilege and above CC
