- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

Jokes apart, It's alright, may be other card providers will come up with temporary offers to reel in new customers. I mean I would if i was working for HDFC/ICICI. I do feel for people who paid 10k+ for their cards in last 6-8 months, but again it's all in terms and conditions.

what a disaster and a PR nightmare.. word of mouth working against you.. Axis.. what were you thinking...they are taking years to manage the Citibank change and retain and gain from them and here they have destroyed years of hard work overnight..

Citibank account customers ko kya muh dikhayenge ae aisa kr k. Account hi band kra denge, faltu me consent dia tha migration ka. Migration planned in first half of fy 24-25.

Guys, how do I know which MCC is applied for a transaction? Can I find it in Statement or some other place? I’m interested in Axis, IDFC and HDFC cards.

They devalue their customers right after getting their signatures on the dotted lines (... HDFC too)!

What more remains after that to be devalued ?!

Couldn’t they just put this limit in first place instead of all this exclusions. I am finding it difficult to keep track of MCC. If the shop guy has wrong mcc then we don’t get.

Any updated list of cards where devaluation has not happened. Any bank should do.

Shows above 50K on Cred and Cheq. But currently Cheq not working with Axis DCs

I think Burgundy Private Debit card is excluded from Devaluation as of today. May be tomorrow shall get the surprise devaluation gift from the bank for Private DC as well lol

Axis didn't wait till today evening and shared the email in morning itself. Luckily not much impact to Burgundy Private debit card, only change is about introduction of DCC (Dynamic Conversion Charge) and revision of Edge Reward points for Savings Account.

So BookMyShow BOGO offer will continue as-is & no minimum spend criteria in previous quarter to avail free lounge access.

Still Axis never leaves the scope to surprise us someday with more devaluation, so should not be overjoyed
