Axis Bank cashback fraud

Who has axis bank freecharge credit card? Have you got cashback on Merchant Accelyst solution private limited. When i do payment on freecharge using freecharge axis credit card, sometimes this merchant appear and axis bank reduce the cashback from 5% category to 1% category. I complained them many times but they don't register my complain.

Mail axis bank_freecharge no and ask them to compensate.

Say them the accelyst solution is old name of freeecharge, it's not your problem, that's freecharge and axis problem to rectify the old things.

By accelyst solution mcc changes to 4814, rare it gives 4900 .... did you verified mcc ??
