Hello Everyone
Today i activated Axis My Zone Credit Card and made an online transaction of Rs 1199.25. My transaction was successful. However, the same amount is not showing in outstanding amount although it is deducted from the available balance limit. When i click on transactions it is showing the merchant name and the amount but written IN PROCESS beside it. When i click on the same at the bottom it is showing " This transaction is yet to be settled at the merchant end ". Can anyone help understand me the whole thing as to why the amount is not showing in the outstanding amount and what does the above means and when will it show in the outstanding amount section. Also, i did not receive any sms for the above spent amount as well. nor i have received any email for the same. If anyone can help me understand the things.
