Axis Bank didn't follow their own t&c

I mailed axis pno to know that my Liberty account transactions are eligible for mab waiver or not.

And they replied - UPI Transaction are not eligible for mab waiver




But according to Liberty account t&c UPI Transactions are eligible.


What should I do now ?

I think what they mean in the highlited text is that payments made on upi/net- and mobile banking r excluded and even those payments made by debit card but on excluded categories wont be counted. The pno is right then

If your transactions are on eligible mccs then no need to worry. If they are not, then you will be charged. Simple as that.
