  • 5 EDGE Miles on every INR 100 spent on Axis Bank Travel EDGE portal and direct airline websites.

Also direct hotels get 2% return and not 10% like Atlas.
Direct Airlines get 5% and not 10% return
Though we can use it for gold and jewellery. That has not been excluded unlike atlas. They have excluded education fee in it and left that in atlas

True but gold jewellery giving 2% return will be unproductive because the buy sell spread is more than 4.5% if you include melting charges and making charges.
Even on pure gold coins it will be unproductive

1:1 transfer ratio so inferior to Atlas.

It will be very confusing to have 4 different edge buckets, all with different conversion ratios--
Edge points 5:2
Burgundy points 5:4
Atlas edge miles 2:1
Horizon edge miles 1:1
Add Olympus 1:4 to the list. So it’s more confusing.

How will Axis segregate Axis Atlas, Horizon, Olympus Miles?? They might have cap of 1 EM card like capping on Vistara Cards.

Hope they do mishap like old Magnus points they gave 5:4 to all by default who hold magnus
Now all miles will go on 1:2 who hold atlas then one fine day after 6 months Axis Bank will wake up and put a big devaluation they need 30lac fixed deposit to enjoy 1:2 transfers lol

its being issued to citi premier miles customers as replacement hence the diff to keep it premium

Ok, I've about 15k points in my PremierMiles account and so far, it was free because of Citi Gold which I closed. After this conversion, not sure what to do with these points since I don't travel much and Citi doesn't allow points to cash conversion. So no point paying 3.5k.

Any idea guys, what's possible here? How do I redeem points and close the card?
