I got an Axis Grabdeals voucher worth Rs 500 yesterday. Now when I am going to Grabdeals to redeem the voucher, firstly there are no vouchers of Amazon and Flipkart there. Secondly when I am trying to buy Myntra voucher and I am applying the voucher code it's saying " ERROR WHILE GETTING BALANCE "
I wrote to Axis on Twitter and got a reply as expected with a link saying you can redeem your voucher here. When I opened it was terms and conditions. What should I do now. I got this voucher yesterday. I tried yesterday and again today multiple times but to no good effect. Whom should I now contact to have this issue resolved ?

For 750 voucher you can use any dc, but for the 5%cb you will need liberty debit card

99% yes. Bcoz no where it is mentioned to do via liberty dc. It should be just merchant soends. And when I opened my acc, first few days I used e-debit card and it was counted.
