Axis bank magnus credit card 25k milestone benefit - important update

This is very important for those who recently got approved for axis magnus credit card.
If you spend 1L rupees in a calendar month using your axis magnus credit card you will get 25,000 edge points.
But according to the terms and conditions, you will not get milestone bonus in which month you have joined.
For example-
1. If your card was approved in Jan, 2022 - if you spend 1L in feb, 2022 - you will get 25k bonus points.
2. If your card was approved in feb, 2022 - if you spend 1L in feb, 2022 - you will not get 25k bonus. In this case you can enjoy bonus from March, 2022.

I got my card last week and statement generated on 18th . Next statement generation is on 18th March. Can I still opt for TATA vouchers ? It says only available till March 2022.

Also as long as we pay the renewal feel will we get renewal benefits every year or this has only joining benefit . It’s not clear after discussing with customer support as well

I had applied for Magnus last week and approved on 27th Aug. Card has been dispatched on 29th Aug and will reach by 1st Sept.
Will I be able to get the milestone benefit in September?

I have been doing transaction from my magnus card since the starting of the month (August) i have not received any edge rewards 12 edge rewards for every 200 spent ..How can i escalate this ? I reached customer care but from 4 days am just getting service request and no resolution..any way to escation

I applied the card on Friday, how much time did the entire process take ? If i try to track the application, It is showing only Application received after that no update. Also how did you apply offline or online ? , i have applied offline through branch sharing income document's.

I applied online on 23rd Aug. Next day I got a call from bank person and he sent a person for the document collection. After 3 days, I got a mail saying the application was approved then after 2 days (yesterday), I got a message saying the card has been dispatched. So you can consider a week or so for the process. For the updates, I kept syncing with the bank person who called me.
