Axis bank mobile app not showing savings account

Can anyone tell me how to get my axis bank mobile app to show my savings account? It shows up fine in netbanking just not in the app. Customer id, phone, email are all accurate.

I imagine this should be a simple fix. Please advise. TIA.

Just tried this and still no luck.

If possible, visit nearest branch once.

Nope. Didn't work even after getting a new phone and going through the entire registration process again. Probably something broken on their end. Too much hassle to deal with axis. Have largely abandoned axis since.
