I Applied For a card through the Agent my CC was First Approved in an Email then after 1 day another mail was received My CC was Declined due to internal reasons As said by the Company. Fraud Axis Bank

did you give ITR/ PAY SLIP documents to the agent or simply applied

You are right. In another case, the rejection was due to duplicate application filled by agent and one was approved and another got rejected. In the end, the CC was issued anyway. Not sure what happened with OP. Anyway, patience matters. Those who wait always get better things. Those who have not heard about marshmallow test, please read here...

Yes tried they told due to internal bank reason.

this is the reason. offline to approve need ITR or Salary slip without that its rejected. kindly ask agent to upload documents and it will be approved

yes! why not! automated system might have approved you. but an human would have intervened and rejected you no documents, upload documents it will process
